Thanks for your help. I did complete my order over the phone today. I originally gave a different address for the delivery as at our address we are all nearly always at work during normal delivery times but at my sisters address there is almost certainly someone in to accept deliveries. I also just assumed that since a work address was acceptable, then any address would be. I know that was wrong now!
